Kreasi collaborated with the Fiscal Policy Agency (BKF) of the Ministry of Finance to develop a commemorative publication documenting 17 years of fiscal policy transformation in Indonesia. The project aimed to present the institution’s strategic journey through a refined and well-structured publication suitable for high-level national stakeholders.
The book was designed to communicate the evolution of fiscal policy in a format that reflects the importance of BKF’s role within Indonesia’s economic governance.
Challenge
The Fiscal Policy Agency required a publication that could effectively document and communicate its institutional journey and policy transformation over 17 years. The book needed to present complex policy narratives in a format that was clear, structured, and visually compelling.
Given its audience—including the President, the Minister of Finance, and other national institutions—the publication had to meet a high standard of presentation, clarity, and credibility.
Solutions
Kreasi worked closely with the Fiscal Policy Agency to translate policy narratives and institutional milestones into a structured visual publication. The engagement focused on designing a book that balanced clarity, narrative flow, and visual coherence.
In addition to the visual design, Kreasi also supported the production of a limited-edition print run, ensuring the final publication met the quality standards required for distribution to national leadership and key government institutions.
Impact
The publication successfully captured the institutional journey and policy transformation of the Fiscal Policy Agency in a format that was both accessible and credible. The final book was presented to several national institutions, including the President of Indonesia and the Minister of Finance.
The work received appreciation from Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati and other stakeholders, recognizing the publication as a well-presented reflection of the agency’s contribution to Indonesia’s fiscal policy development
