A strategic rebranding transforming a mid-market fashion label into a premium brand with stronger market perception and expanded reach across Asia.
Challenge
The fashion label previously known as Apparel Clothes had been operating within the mid-market segment, but the business aspired to move toward a more premium positioning. The existing brand identity, name, and narrative no longer reflected the desired direction of the company.
To support this shift, the brand required a complete transformation that could redefine how it was perceived by customers and allow it to compete within a higher market segment.

The scope included brand naming, brand positioning, narrative development, visual identity design, and guidance for the implementation of the new brand across marketing and communication touchpoints. The rebranding significantly shifted how the brand was perceived by its customers. Hanbytte began to be recognized as a more refined and elevated fashion brand, allowing the company to introduce higher pricing while maintaining strong customer interest and purchase intent.
Beyond improving brand perception, the transformation also expanded the brand’s market reach. Hanbytte successfully broadened its audience beyond the Indonesian market and began reaching customers in international markets, particularly across Asia.
