Kreasi collaborated with Daya Talenta Global to support the implementation of Permata Hati, a CSR initiative by Bank Permata aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities through digital skills development.
The program was designed to provide participants with practical knowledge in social media and content creation, enabling them to explore opportunities within the growing digital economy.

Challenge

Bank Permata sought to develop a CSR program that would go beyond ceremonial activities and create meaningful, long-term impact for its beneficiaries. The initiative needed to deliver practical skills and real opportunities for people with disabilities, while also communicating the bank’s commitment to inclusivity and social empower ment.

Solutions

Kreasi developed a workshop tour concept implemented across several major cities in Indonesia. The program focused on hands-on training in social media management and content creation, delivered through interactive sessions and practical learning experiences.
The initiative carried a strong message of inclusivity, highlighting that individuals with disabilities have equal potential and rights to participate in the workforce and contribute creatively in the digital landscape.

Impact

The program was successfully implemented across three major cities, reaching dozens of participants with disabilities who were able to explore and develop their capabilities in digital marketing and content creation.
Beyond training, the initiative also opened pathways for participants to gain professional exposure through internship and recruitment opportunities with companies and SMEs that supported the program.
